      <field key="in" subkey="R">ussian/Soviet history, and in the Russian Federation. The strategic factors affecting the level of FDI are then discussed,</field>
      <field key="inc" subkey="l">uding Russia's policy toward FDI, the policy's operational problems, and the steps being taken to overcome those problems.</field>
