<dc:description>Restoration of a Georgian town house of 1780 and conversion into private commercial offices. The project represents a significant contribution to the renewal of the fabric of the city of Limerick. Conservation of the essential proportions of the rooms and replication of the details where possible. It was decided to gain as much space as possible to make the project viable. Therefore the "Double Bow" at the rear side was created, the staircase was newly organized and more roof space was made available by a new steel framed roof enclosure. </dc:description>
